Life Abundant

God is!

God is love! He speaks it to us everyday. “I AM.” A lot of us haven’t heard it. We need to have an open ear, open eyes, open faith, open desire, and most importantly an open heart. God want’s us to see him.

A lot of us try hiding from him, and He comes to us (if we’re willing to accept him) when we need Him most and shows us the light and leads us to him. God finds us as we are without him, and turns us around to show us who we were made to be, in Him.

God want’s us to seek him. Yet we sit around looking up to the sky “Okay God any day now.” He want’s our fullest yearning, He’s the God of the universe! God want’s us to want him, and he’s not going to favor the man who pities himself and expects God to show up and make everything perfect. We need to come to Him, and He will bless us when we do. He is the reason we’re breathing here today, he deserves our hearts yearning. We should honestly and sincerely ask God to show himself to us in faith and love...

Romans 8:38-39... And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. (NLT).

The Bible says “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” matthew 7:7 ... This is a promise to all people of all nations of all the earth. God loves all of us, and desperately want’s us to know Him and love Him in return. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16

As human beings we all want to hear the truth in every aspect of life. When we ask someone we love and trust a question, we’re going to respect a truthful answer. We want to hear the truth. Often we can determine what’s true and what’s false using logic and common sense. True is by definition: perfect, spotless, no contradictions. What a beautiful thing; no wonder we all strive for it.

Jesus Christ said "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6... If we ask ourselves “In what way can I truthfully live a perfect life.” The answer is in Jesus.
